We are absolutely delighted with our decision to enrol our daughter, Olivia, at 1st Impressions Early Learning Centre (ELC) when she turned three years old. It has proven to be the best ELC experience we could have hoped for. The entire family is incredibly pleased with the exceptional quality of care and education provided by this remarkable institution.

One of the aspects that has truly impressed us is the outstanding attention given to Olivia's nutrition. The centre ensures that she is well-fed throughout the day, offering a balanced menu that includes breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. The caregivers are not only friendly but also genuinely care for each child, taking a keen interest in their individual needs and preferences. We always receive prompt and informative feedback at the end of each day, which reassures us as parents.

Olivia has thrived in this nurturing environment and has developed strong bonds with her peers, making many good friends. She eagerly looks forward to attending her "little school" every day, which speaks volumes about the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. As parents, we have been amazed by the educational program provided by the ELC, particularly during Olivia's time in the pre-reception class. The variety of activities she has been exposed to, such as intensive reading classes, one-on-one piano lessons, art classes, and dancing classes, has broadened her horizons and enriched her learning journey. We feel truly blessed that Olivia has had the opportunity to grow and develop in this exceptional ELC, which has fully equipped her for the challenges of her upcoming reception class. Dear 1st Impressions ELC,

During the tour of the centre, I felt very welcomed and knew that my daughter would be safe and happy in their care. Overall, the orientation went well and the environment is completely welcoming and I would highly recommend for other families seeking childcare. The staff are very flexible if you need to change a day, though a bit of notice would be recommended. In saying that the staff provide excellent supportive service. My experience with the time duration Winter has been in the care of the centre has just been wonderful. The staff are very friendly and family orientated. My daughter has come a long way since she started at the centre, she is very hands on and loves to play with all her friends. They also have many activities in which she is now participating in from the feedback I get and I couldn't be happier. Kind regards

Our son Cooper has been at 1st impressions ELC for over 3 years. He has consistently been well ahead of developmental milestones and we believe 1st impressions has played a significant part with that. His current class also includes many different activities to stimulate the children including violin, piano, reading and writing lessons.  Another thing we love about 1st impressions are the extra little boutique touches that the larger chains aren't able to provide. Management has always been very responsive whenever we have had concerns which has developed a strong trusting relationship throughout the years.

We recently moved to Australia, and enrolling Ayaan in this childcare centre was the best decision we made. When Ayaan first joined, he faced numerous challenges adapting to the new environment, including cultural differences, language barrier, and educational system. However, thanks to the unwavering dedication and support provided by the educators, Ayaan was able to settle in smoothly and flourish in his new surroundings. As parents, we deeply appreciate the open and transparent communication maintained by the centre. Educators regularly kept us informed about Ayaan's progress, highlighting his achievements and areas of improvement. Their feedback and guidance have been invaluable in our efforts to support Ayaan's development at home. The entire staff at 1st Impression Child Care has been warm, friendly, and professional. We are an overseas family who came 5 years ago to Australia, with a lot of dreams and expectations, while we were studying and working Martin was born and made our lives busier but happier at the same time. Being a migrant with no benefits from Medicare, paying our studying fees, being parents, and working at the same time is not an easy job, however, we are always happy to do the best for our son. We enrolled our son in First Impressions for only some casual days in the beginning because Martin was assisting at another Childcare closer to our job sites and home, but eventually, we realized that Martin was feeling more confident and happier in first impressions rather than the other childcare, and soon we noted why. The staff who was with him was very caring and kind and he could feel this warm sensation. We also noted his progress, so even if it is farther from our place and work, we prefer to put him full-time in First Impressions because he is happier and progressing very well. As an overseas family, we really appreciate the support we get from the institution and the really good care they give to our child. Keep doing this amazing job...

I was guided well for the tour and I was so happy and impressed by the way all the educators and children are together and sharing the bond. I felt that finally I am at the right place for my son. The environment is welcoming and friendly all the educators and all the staff were smiling and happy to answer my questions. Kiaan is developed very well since he has started coming to 1st impression. He is learning new things and very active as well. I share a very happy and healthy bond with all the staff and educators in 1st impression. They all are best of best. They have supported me every time whenever I need help. Whether it was related to CCS or related to kiaan’s development. So many times, I was concerned about his speaking but every time everyone listen to me and try to help me. When Kiaan is coming in the morning, he got that morning hug from everyone I am happy and I feel that he is in the safe hands. Thank you all for being a part of his upbringing.

I have been very impressed with the childcare from day one. Yes, the facilities are incredible and very aesthetic. The building has been purposely built to cater perfectly for all ages. The outside area is very safe and caters for a range of interest. The educators truly care about the kids & they always do their best to make the days interesting, entertaining & educational. Staff have always been so supportive and shown the utmost care for our daughter. All of the staff-Gunvir, Olivia, Michael, Kate, Roan -amiable and approachable. From the regular updates and discussions, I know they are always engaged in so many educational and fun activities.

I would recommend this centre to anyone who is interested in having their kids placed in a caring, positive environment.

My son has been attending 1st Impressions for two months now and we are so happy with this centre. The staff are very warm and calm, even the admin staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They update the app regularly, so during my work breaks I am able to see that my son is eating and sleeping well. I also appreciate the cute photos they take each day!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the amazing team at 1st Impression Early Learning Centre (child care). They are truly lifesavers! From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. They are incredibly attentive, caring, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for the children.

Ayden settled in very well at this new school and class environment. He has no issue with making new friends and is able to adjust to his new classroom routines quickly.

He's quite happy with school and doing well academically. Ayden's teacher's feedback during our first parent/teacher interview was that she believes he is well ahead compared to the school's curriculum for reading and maths. He picks up reading very quickly and his reading comprehension has also improved a lot.

We do believe the centre's pre-reception program has helped him significantly with his transition to reception. We do acknowledge that reading is very important during early learning and the one-on-one teaching sessions with Ayden at ELC have helped him to develop an interest in learning and enjoy reading books. The routine practice of 'show and tell' at the centre had built his confidence in speaking in front of peers. We like the reception classroom set-up and routine lessons as this had prepared Ayden well to ease into reception.
