Our team is a great mixture of educators and teachers that have an extensive teaching background and rich experiences with children as all these contribute to a holistic learning experience. We also believe that educators learn a lot from the children in our day-to-day routines, so it’s always a fun and engaging learning experience for everyone!
One of our greatest strengths at 1st Impressions ELC is the stability and dedication of our team. Many of our educators have been with us for several years, creating a consistent and familiar environment for your child.
We understand that a high staff turnover can be concerning for families, as it can make it difficult for children to form secure relationships and for parents to build trust.
