I’m Olivia
Hi everyone! My name is Olivia and I come from China.
In 2021, I had the opportunity of joining the fantastic 1st Impressions ELC team. I began to work as an early childhood teacher in 2019 after receiving my master’s degree in early childhood teaching and the Certificate of Teacher Registration in South Australia.
Before starting my pursuit of becoming an early childhood teacher, I worked as a trademark attorney in China for 7 years and provided legal advice to many native and international famous brands.
I am living with my husband in Australia. My hobbies are cycling, cooking and gardening. After work, I love to cook big meals for myself and my husband. Both of us love to raise our cat. My cat’s name is Tiger. On weekends, we love to go for cycling in nearby parks and gardens to refresh ourselves.
One of my greatest strengths as a teacher is being able to engage children in learning through a developmentally and educationally appropriate program. My programming has always been inclusive and student-centered in order to ensure that every child reaches their potential.
I feel extremely fulfilled when I’m working with children. I am committed to make a positive impact on children’s development and preparing them for formal education and the world outside of the home.
